The first successful milestone meeting of the ABSOLUT II project

After the first six months of the project, the ABSOLUT II consortium presented its progress to the project sponsor and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK).

During this first strategic milestone meeting, the key results achieved so far were presented.

A central focus was the overall concept developed as a foundation for the upcoming project phases, as well as the user stories that guide the technical development activities. These user stories capture the requirements and expectations of end users and ensure that development aligns accordingly.

Another key outcome was the first draft of the overall system architecture, providing a comprehensive overview of the structures, components, and interfaces. In addition, further important deliverables were presented, which form the basis for the successful continuation of the project.

On the second day of the meeting, detailed planning for the next steps was the main focus. The participants defined the tasks and interim results for the coming six months and established clear guidelines for reporting and tracking progress. This approach is intended to ensure efficient and transparent project execution.
